He refers to anabolic endurance, but I have never heard of this term and I can’t think of what it can possibly mean. Maybe it is just rarely used in the track & field world.
The video also shows someone giving various unorganized bits of inaccurate advice and a slow motion video of the same person sprinting with sub-par form and very tight traps/calves.
These series of videos also seem to be featured for some reason on the livestrong community website.
I hope I am just ignorant and “Anabolic Endurance” exists. Therefore I get to learn something new.
