Thanks for replying back.You know i ended up getting the rebound trampoline for Christmas.You know it is one of those trampolines they used to use for jogging in place years ago,but somehow have turned it into a new workout fad..It really is good i’m thinking because if i can’t be running outside i can actually simulate the running in place,or even sprinting with hand motion and all on the trampoline.And being that i had the ITBS in my knee,the trampoline i think would be less of an impact on the band that is irritated..But,as a whole i totally agree about imfamercials being not always good..Although i can say that the tea bo really did work for me to get in shape..The basic tea bo two tape that i have been doing while trying to rest my knee has a super good warm up that i think is good for track..All the stretches and stuff..I have fibromyalgia and so i need a major warm up,but inspite of it i still ran 6.4seconds today in the 50m..It was very cold..ok
