Ok, Ive been wondering. What is the use of the bench press in the overall sprinting motion? Is it really that important?
It is a good indicator of upper body strength. Not as important as other lifts butstill good.
Its an easy and very effective way of increasing organsim strength along with CNS activation
also as part of mechanics and fascia use, it aids in the reflex from the upper torso/arms/biceps etc
though of course no need to become massive lol
