I am wondering if anyone could take a look at my form for a few weights exercises and possibly make suggestions as to how I could improve. In this session I perform 55kg Squat Jumps, 100kg Romanian Deadlifts and 67kg Glute Bridge. I am aiming to make the Commonwealth Games in 2018 for either HJ or LJ and post all my training, competitions and diet on YouTube. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
