If you're 400m/800m, why would you want to do a program that is going to be putting some pounds on your and training basically only max strength with some short distance speed? If you're 400m/800m (not 200m/400m), you are probably going to need to do much higher volumes of running and aerobic work to help with the 800m. Actual strength work in the weightroom could be done, but definitely not in the Westside sense if you plan on being decent at the 800m.
