    What is the best weight program for a 400m runner

          Ya I'm having a very hard time finding a new program to use to help me. any real advice it cool. I don't want someone to tell me to post one cause that doesn't work

          Depends on which phase you are in your training, but truly, for a 400m runner, you should concentrate more on your running workouts. In the weight room, just stick to the basic lifts.

          Why doesn't it work? Asking someone to make a program for you from scratch without compensating them is a lazy way out and not fair to the person investing the time to make a program. Not only will you not learn anything in the process but the person making the program is get nothing in return for making a program for someone they likely don't even know. If you aren't willing to either pay for someone to make you a program or do some of your own research and post a program for critique you likely won't get much help……lazy posts get lazy answers. I'm not telling you this to be mean, I'm just telling you this (and most everything else in this world) works.
