I currently use the 8mm tiered spikes that came with my Asiscs Cyberflash. I used use 1/4″ plastic X-mas trees, but I didn’t like them as much, but I like the tiers a lot more. Maybe I’ll try the steel trees sometime. What do you guys use now, and what have you used?

I use 5mm and 7mm(depending on the track) omnilite ceramic pyramid spikes. They truly do wiegh 3 time less than steel, give ALOT of traction, they are better for tracks;they compress the track instead of cutting, and look funky with all the different colors. I’ve been told by my coaches, other reviews and friends that omni-lite ceramic christmas tree spikes will(or already have) revolutionize spikes for sprinting.:cul:

im using the omni-lites now… good traction, light, and comes in nice colours too. my only beef is that they dont last as long as the steel ones. wears out real fast. 🙁
