          What shoes do you reccomend for a power sprinter like myself? Would the Zoom Rival S 3 be good for me.

          power sprinter?
          Opt for a stiff plate unless you are injury prone(eg. achilles tendonitis)
          Superflys are a good choice

          Another good reccomendation would be to use the search button.
