Hey guys, I’m a 100 and 200 meter sprinter and for the past 2 years I’ve been using the Nike Zoom Rival S+ but since its my senior year and I’ll hopefully be running track in college, I plan on moving up to the 400. I’m not sure what type of spike would suit me for that situation because I’m flatfooted and I overpronate but I recently bought a pair of JSCs. I’m guessing that those might be bad for me but if I’m only running a max of about 50 something seconds, do you guys believe that the benefits outweigh the pain that i’ll probably experience (i wear socks during all races anyway)?
What spike would fit me the best?
