I’m a sprinter and all my times are good but I don’t know if I could do 100, 200, and 400. My coach says I can’t because the trainings are different, but Xavier Carter a triple crown state champion in those events seemed quite fine doing it. But what I worry about is I also do the long jump and triple jump. I’m no decathlete, so should I limit my events or is it possible to suceed at all of them. If theres a plan for this id like to know.
