For one of my Fitness tutorial classes I got create a trainign program for this guy for the rest of the semester. I got some of his info. Here it is….
36 yr/old Male
Exersise history: has been an on and off again competitve athlete. Played soccer from 4th grade through 10th grade. Raced downhill skiing in 8th-12th grade. Raced bicycles through college, rock climb. Presently is getting into corss country ski racing.
Goals: general fitness, aerobic fitness, injury rehab, reduce back pain, muscular strength, sport specific
Injuries: knee problems, back problems
Imporantt info: right knee-3 surgeries, meniscus damage, ACL reconstruction (8 years ago)
*Skiing accident:
~left hip-1 surgery, socket fracture repair (2.5 years ago)
~Multiple pelvic fracture, vertabrea compression fractures @ T6, T8
~Spider web fracture of right scapula
