Do you any of you use this? I mix it in with oatmeal, smoothies, and other stuff. I was looking at the nutritional information and saw a lot of things I liked. It’s particularly high in minerals I was considering supplementing iron, zinc, magnesium,selenium, chromium. My question is are the minerals in whole foods absorbed well? I ask this because I have read information to the contrary by Victor Conte (not the most reliable source;)
