Like alot of people I have had the flu/cold since new years day. But unfortunately for me I am in the middle of my summer season with now 6 weeks to my last meet.
I have done no training since the cold.
I am trying to work out whether I should continue to the end of the season or pull the plug now and have 4 weeks off and start GPP.
Reasons to continue.

Haven't performed as well as I wanted to
I lost 2 weeks of training, which means I need to back training volume and intensity off by at least 10-15%. This is was already on lowside.
