I traind hard, did sprints, plyos, running up the hill. i did that friday, sat, sun, than took monday off but i went to the gym and did heavy squats, and launges, and other leg exercises. Today i want to go and do my plyos but my legs feel really sore, and feel tired. I hate feelings this way and think the only way to make it feel better is to go out and train, cause other wise ill feel like a bum. or would it be best in my interest to take this day off?? plus is snowing outside!!!
