    when to take break?

          I traind hard, did sprints, plyos, running up the hill. i did that friday, sat, sun, than took monday off but i went to the gym and did heavy squats, and launges, and other leg exercises. Today i want to go and do my plyos but my legs feel really sore, and feel tired. I hate feelings this way and think the only way to make it feel better is to go out and train, cause other wise ill feel like a bum. or would it be best in my interest to take this day off?? plus is snowing outside!!!

          Dude, you're killing yourself. Whether you're doing all three the same session consecutive days or one a day for consecutive days, you're killing yourself. Take a break and re-think your approach.

          Ditto to what 400 said, I'd try to not do more than 2 hard days in a row. For most people, alternating high intensity days with low intensity days is the most effective approach.
