There seems to be some interest in setting up an organized chat time. Please vote on what type of schedule you’d like to see. If you have any comments or specific suggestions please post them. All times below are EST.

Would we be looking to have theme night (sprinting, speed, speed endurance, long distance) or would it be an open ORGANIZED discussion among friends..:P

seems like a great idea ..

A theme I would love to see would be a night that focuses not just on track but strength training in general.

It looks like it’s going to be on the weekends…..unfortunately I’m often travelling on weekends but that shouldn’t matter too much. Let’s go with this coming Sunday at 8:30 EST and we’ll plan to go for about an hour. Does that work for everyone? If so, let’s pick a topic for discussion.

Do you have macromedia Flash? The chat room was made as an interactive Flash movie and you’ll need Flash to view it. If you don’t have it it’s a quick download it here. If you’re unsure, go to the main page of this site and if yo can see the banner (2 guys passing a finish line) then you do have a Flash player and I’ll look into what the problem is.

I just updated it….it should work fine now. I actually had to install new chat software altogether which doesn’t integrate like the flash chat that I made. As a result, everyone will have to register to chat.
