    Why a Decline in Athleticism

          Although you say there is a decline in athleticism (true), Lemaitre is doing good things. Why?. Because he’s being handled correctly by guys that are thinking it through.

          The alarming increase in injuries I lay firmly at the door with the increasing use/abuse of PED’s such as creatine & caffeine, increasing water weight, dehydration etc.

          Creatine and caffeine aren’t PEDS.

          Mass Specific force doe not equal athleticism

          You turned his argument against early specialization into an argument for specialization.

          With all of these damn recovery/therapy/prehab methods being pushed around today, it begs the question: Are athletes MORE injury prone today? If the answer is yes, I’m sure it will be blamed on excessive console gaming but I wonder…
