Am a former college decathlete (All American in 2000 NAIA) — have just started getting back in shape and competing again after 8 years off. Not having people to train with regularly, I keep thinking that having a group of people to share workouts with and post progress would be a valuable thing.
Would others find value in that? I’d be willing to post my workouts regularly if others would reciprocate. Could be good for benchmarking, creating some healthy competition, and trading ideas as to what is and is not working.
I’ve been building a base over the past 8 months, and am now getting into more specific speed and technique work.

Am probably about 5% off most of those right now, with jumps further off than that and throws a bit closer.
