          The adidas powersprint II is easily my favorite, but I would put on the maxcats once in a while for the quarter.

          why do u guys have so many spikes? different outfits?

          i have

          one for triple jump (basic nike zoom)
          one for long jump (basic nike zoom)
          one for sprint races (mizuno tokyos)

          ones for practice (they are torn to pieces after a badddd hand off last year)

          i got most of my spikes from fund raiser money, all we could do was buy track spikes so i got what i could. im thinking of selling my black maxcats, cant run in those things:regan: size 10, perfect condition, christmas trees still in new condition anyone want them holla at me:cool:

          the maxcats where great for me during indoor track, no pain or discomfort. tried them this outdoor season, i couldnt wait to get them off:splat: the spike alignment is garbage in my opinion for a power sprinter like myself so either ill sell them or im going to trade them for the superfly g5s

          hmm have you tried the adidas powersprint IIs or demolishers? I think you’ll like those. They’re my favorite.

          good lookin out man! yeah I can go with a 9, that’s my actual size but I go with 9.5 just to be safe. any color is good :tumble:

          Nike- Superflys (red,grey black) torn to shreds

          Adidas- Adistar MD 4 (white&blue) for overdistance and 800m races

          Just ordered some Maxcats that should be arriving soon. Anyone care to venture an opinion on the maxcats? Ive heard mixed reviews.

          I really wanted to buy the JSC blue/black but they dont seem to be available in the UK and ordering from US incurs some bad a** delivery/customs charges 😡

          I wish i had the amount of spikes you guys have… but i just got my 1st spikes in November last year and i already have 3.

          Nike Zoom Sprint Rivals (My foot moves around too much in the front… horrible, the name says what its for, i use it for the 100, 200, and 400)

          Nike Zoom Waffle X-Country (Never really used them, but when i ran at the AAU Northern Region National in Merrilville, Indiana i needed them cus of the track surface… and they were the only rubber bottom spikes i could find.)

          Adidas Titan MD/LD (Bought it for practice at 1st but later on used it for the 800 when i ran at USATF Region 7 Championships, i love those cleats)

          What are some good sprint spikes, cus im looking at buying new sprint spikes next year before my high school track season?

          Im new to this sport, I wonder: How important are the spikes? does it matter how long and thick they are?? whats best for 60m indoor?

          Try wearing racing flats during sprinting then in another sprint try spikes… youll see the difference and why spikes are better for sprinting than racing flats. I would recommend 1/4 inch pyramid spikes, 1/8 inch can work too but its a hasle getting them to stay in and trying to get them out.
