This is the first year I’ve ever trained seriously for track, so I figured I’d create a log. I’ll try to log every workout, but I sometimes get awfully lazy. The fact that I am too young to drive creates problems with training, usually when my mom thinks its too cold for me to go to the track(I live in Illinois.)
1.)Run Sub 7.00 in the 55m this winter
2.) Qualify for USA Youth Indoor Championships
3.)Win Confrence meet in 100m, 200m, 4x100m, and at least 1 more event.
4.)Run sub 12 in the 100m at least 3 times
5.) Qualify for USA Youth Outdoor Championsips in 100m
The last one will definentally be the hardest. I’ve been training since late August, but right now I’m starting out on a new program that I feel really good about.
