Just wanted to shoot you all a new update. One of my best friends in the track world has began to start writing on his training thoughts, ideas, and training principles. Coach O’Conner has the unique perspective of being a high school and club coach who has coached everything from the jumps to a XC. Coach O’Conner is currently running the best XC program in the state of Missouri (State Champs by the fastest 5k average in history) and has in the past coached numerous All American’s at the club level in the jumps. Coach is a student of the game and you will find his thoughts and ideas about training interesting.
